Lattice slats are fixed, so you get steady filtered shade at a lower cost. A louvered roof has motorized blades that adjust and can close completely against rain.
Does the wood look need maintenance?
No. It's aluminum with a woodgrain finish — there's no staining, sealing, or repainting, and it won't rot or attract insects.
Can it attach to my house?
